Terry M. Holland, Trustee & Director

Mr. Holland is President of Krystal Financial Corp., a consulting and investments company. Mr. Holland was President and Chief Executive Officer of Trimin Capital Corp., a consulting and investments company, from its inception in 1991 until 2004. Mr. Holland is a chartered accountant and over the last 15 years has had extensive experience in the acquisition and financing of businesses in a wide variety of sectors including resource, real estate, manufacturing and technology. Mr. Holland serves as a director for Burntsand Inc. and Ondine Biopharma Corporation.

R. Keith Purchase, Trustee & Director

Mr. Purchase is the Chairman of the trustees of Tree Island Wire Income Fund and has held directorships and trusteeships with other publicly held entities including Art in Motion Income Fund and Catalyst Paper Corporation. He has held several senior executive positions within the forest industry, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for MacMillan Bloedel Limited, an integrated forest products company, until 1999, President and Chief Executive Officer of TimberWest Forest Corp. and Managing Director of Tasman Pulp and Paper in New Zealand.

Graham M. Wilson, Trustee & Director

Mr. Wilson is President of Grawil Consultants Inc., a consulting and investments company. As well, he is a director of British Columbia Ferry Services Inc., Itron, Inc., Naikun Wind Energy Group Inc. and Daylight Resources Trust. Prior to March 2002, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and President and Chief Executive Officer, Services Division of Westcoast Energy Inc.

William Sauder, Director

Mr. Sauder is a Senior Vice-President with the Sauder Group, a group of companies operating in the wood-products industry. Mr. Sauder has extensive experience in progressively senior managerial roles with respect to wood-products manufacturing and distribution in North America.

E. Lawrence Sauder, Director

Mr. Sauder was the President of the Sauder Group until his retirement in late 2004. Mr. Sauder joined the Sauder Group in a full time role 30 years ago and worked in various capacities prior to his appointment as President in 1988. Mr. Sauder also serves as a director of International Forest Products Limited and is a member of the World Presidents' Organization.
